A.E. "Eddie" Henry
Chairman
From the time he began his new business venture as Henry Building, Inc, in 1981, Eddie Henry worked hard to maintain his values and work ethic throughout his lifetime. He nurtured and developed leaders in and out of the field while establishing long lasting relationships with customers and subcontractors that became the foundation of the company that continues today. Eddie actively mentored his son, Jack, as well as his granddaughter, Megan, until his death in 2025. His family and employees continue to honor his legacy.
Megan Gauldin
President
As the fifth generation in her family’s construction legacy, Megan has grown up in the industry and brings more than 15 years of hands-on experience. Since 2020, she has served as Henry Building’s chief estimator and lead negotiator on all projects. Today, she leads the company as a certified woman-owned business, upholding the values, reputation, and strong relationships that define Henry Building.
Jack C. Henry
Vice President
Jack grew up as part of HBI. He started while in high school as an on-site worker and has experience in all phases and types of construction. After over 45 years of experience, Jack stepped down to the role of Vice President, but maintains an advisory role as a mentor to the next generation of leadership.
Julian Alonso
General Superintendent
Julian is key to the success of field operations. As General Superintendent, he skillfully coordinates the overall activities of other superintendents and is dedicated to the success of each job. Julian is like a family member and has worked for HBI since 1980.
