Where it Began

A.C. Schwarz establishes The Schwarz Company in Dallas, earning a reputation for honesty and hands-on general contracting.

1927

Two Families, One Legacy

The Schwarz and Henry families unite, laying the foundation for a multi-generation construction legacy.

1964

Innovation in Concrete

The company builds one of Dallas’ first post-tension concrete structures, still standing today.

1969

The Henry Brothers Lead

Bill Henry takes over operations; Eddie Henry joins as President while completing carpentry school in Dallas.
